Where do you ship from?

US orders ship from our US fulfillment centers, so delivery is domestic: no customs fees and faster arrival. International orders ship from the facility nearest you.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are prepared and dispatched within 2-5 business days, then US shipping takes 3-8 business days. Most US orders arrive within 5-13 business days total. Every order includes tracking.

How much is shipping?

US shipping is free on every order. International rates are shown at checkout.

What if my order arrives damaged or misprinted?

We replace it or refund you in full, no need to ship anything back. Email hello@arubathreads.com within 30 days of delivery with a photo and your order number.

Can I return it if I ordered the wrong size?

To keep our prices fair we can't accept returns for size choices, so please check the size guide before ordering. If you're between sizes, size up. And if anything arrives damaged or incorrect, we always replace it free.

Are the designs really Aruba-specific?

Yes. We're the team behind an Aruba travel guide, and every design starts from the real island: Eagle Beach's Divi-divi trees, flamingos, Papiamento phrases, the flag, and the "One Happy Island" motto.

Is checkout secure?

Payments are processed by Shopify Payments with full PCI-compliant encryption. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay. We never see or store your card details.

What happens with the cleanup donations?

You can add a small donation (from $1) to any order on the donation page. We pass on 100% of it to beach and reef cleanup efforts on Aruba. Nothing stays with us, and it's always separate from product prices, never baked in.
