Shipping Policy

Here is what to expect when you order from Aruba Threads:

Order processing

Orders are prepared, quality-checked and dispatched within 2-5 business days. You will get a confirmation email when your order is placed and a tracking email as soon as it ships.

Shipping time and cost

• United States: FREE standard shipping on every order. Delivery typically takes 3-8 business days after dispatch.
• Other countries: rates and delivery times are shown at checkout.

In total, most US orders arrive within 5-13 business days of purchase.

Tracking

Every order includes tracking. You will receive the tracking link by email, and you can also check your order status via the Shop app.

Address changes

Need to fix a typo in your address? Email hello@arubathreads.com as soon as possible. We can usually update the address before your order is dispatched, but not after it has shipped.

Customs and duties

US orders ship from our US fulfillment centers, so they ship domestically and normally incur no customs fees. International orders may be subject to local import duties, which are the customer's responsibility.
