Returns & Refunds

We want you to love what you ordered. Here is how we handle returns and refunds:

Damaged, defective, or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or you received the wrong item or size (different from what you ordered), we will replace it or refund you in full. No need to send anything back. Email us at hello@arubathreads.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we will make it right.

Wrong size ordered or change of mind

To keep our prices fair for everyone, we cannot accept returns for buyer's remorse or incorrect size choices. Please check the size chart on each product page before ordering. If you are unsure between two sizes, we recommend sizing up. If you have any doubt, message us before you buy and we will help you choose.

Lost in transit

If tracking shows your order is lost or has not moved for an unreasonable time, contact us and we will send a free replacement or refund you.

Refund processing

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
