Welcome to Aruba Threads. By visiting arubathreads.com or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Our products

All Aruba Threads products are printed on demand by our production partners and shipped directly to you. Colors may vary slightly from what you see on screen due to monitor settings and the printing process. Product mockups are illustrative.

2. Orders and payment

By placing an order you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the chosen payment method. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, for example where fraud is suspected or a pricing error occurred. If we cancel your order, you will be refunded in full.

3. Pricing

Prices are shown in your local currency at checkout and may change at any time. The price at the moment you place your order is the price you pay. Promotions and discount codes cannot be applied retroactively.

4. Shipping, returns, and refunds

Shipping terms are described in our Shipping Policy. Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Because products are made to order, returns for change of mind or incorrect size selection are not accepted, but we always replace or refund damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

5. Intellectual property

All designs, text, graphics, and images on this site are the property of Aruba Threads and may not be reproduced, resold, or used commercially without our written permission.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aruba Threads is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or our products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that apply in your country of residence.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.
